This project is our contribution to sustainable office and neighborhood development. We treat coworking as a public-good practice: desks for many, at low cost, with as little resource use as possible. The idea grew out of repurposing vacant spaces as part of ecologically and socially responsible urban development. Operations follow clear principles, upcycling, second-hand, and renewable energy, offering a model for future, minimal workspaces.
