We’ve been working together for over 16 years. In 2025, we founded our company the way we want to work: without hierarchy, with shared responsibility, and fair distribution of profit.

Visual identities, design systems, UX interfaces, art direction, and brand campaigns. We start with the story, not style.
IT & Development
Websites, platforms, integrations. We focus on performance, accessibility, and SEO. Built to last and maintain.
Architecture & Urban Development
Neighborhood development, pop-up formats, coworking spaces. We design with participation, not for people but with them.
Art & Craft
Hyperrealistic figures, make-up, and masks for TV, stage, and events. Scenography that holds up under close inspection.
We run physical and digital spaces where people meet on equal footing.

Spaces
We’ve been running a coworking space in Berlin-Wedding since 2020. It’s where the network started. The space comes first.
Community
From the space, a network of 42+ freelancers has grown. CoApp keeps the connections alive beyond individual projects.
New Work Agency
We form teams from the network as needed. That’s how we work, and how Ceeju was founded: no hierarchy, shared responsibility, transparent rates.
Our Vision
We need communities where people invite, encourage, and inspire each other to grow beyond themselves. Places where you are seen, challenged, and supported, without losing who you are.
This takes a new relationship culture: cooperation instead of competition. We want structures that make collaboration easier, share responsibility, and leave room for care, learning, and honest feedback.
We bring art, craft, and technology together. Different trades belong at the same table when you want solutions that hold up in reality.
We want technology and AI to create time: for family, for care work, and for social engagement. We question the 40-hour week and the idea that growth is the goal. Instead, we aim for fair distribution of costs and profit, and work in ways that are sustainable for people.
